With Canada Post delivery service, orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as well as a Canada Post tracking number in 2 different emails. Note that the tracking number may not be available until 24 hours after your order (business day).

Toute marchandise retournée doit être complète, incluant toutes les pièces, piles le cas échéant, cordons, commandes, etc. Les articles retournés incomplets ne seront pas éligibles au remplacement.

Due to the intimate factor of the items we sell, we cannot refund any items except for defects. This is for the health of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any part of the body is non-refundable. Once these items leave our store they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

IMPORTANT: Once your order has been submitted in our system, there is no way to cancel it.

Nous vous informons avec compréhension que si vous choisissez de retourner votre produit scellé, les frais d'expédition seront à votre charge, même si vous avez bénéficié de la livraison gratuite initialement.

Après réception de votre article scellé à notre boutique:  2950 Chemin Chambly, Longueuil, Qc, J4L 1N2 Vous recevrez ensuite un remboursement sous forme de carte cadeau utilisable en boutique et en ligne.

If an item is found defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. We will not accept any returns without authorization. When contacting us about a defect, please provide the following information:

• Your name
• Your email or phone number
• Order number
• Date of purchase:
• Item name or reference number

Once the defective item has been received in our store (return costs are not our responsibility) , we will send you a new replacement item free of charge. Any returned item must have all parts, batteries if applicable, cords, controls etc. Any returned item that is not complete will not be replaced.

How does the Toy Guarantee work?

• Cost: the cost of the guarantee is 5% of the value of the product purchased. After 30 days following the date of purchase
• What the warranty covers: manufacturing defects as well as any motor failure (for example, no longer charges or no longer vibrates)
• The warranty period is one year following the date of purchase of the toy.
• You must have on hand: proof of purchase of the item as well as proof of purchase of the warranty.

• In our stores, VIP cardholders benefit from a tax exemption on their entire purchase, while all other customers automatically receive a 15% discount on their purchase of $200 or more before taxes, in addition to receiving free VIP card (valid for life).

• On our website, automatically receive a 15% reduction with purchases of $200 or more before taxes.

• In store only, with a minimum purchase of $200 before taxes, you will have the choice from a selection of several gifts.
